Over the last few weeks, SimonCRE brought on two individuals to fill newly-formed positions within the company. We’re excited to announce that on On October 30th, the company welcomed Tim Locher as Director of Development and on November 1st, welcomed Joey Fulgenzi as our new Office Coordinator.
As the Director of Development, Locher will oversee SimonCRE’s development and construction process, including site selection, entitlements, construction drawings, and construction implementation. He brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, brokerage, and management with him. Prior to joining SimonCRE, Locher spent 6 years with Blue Forest Land Group in Kansas City, Missouri, where he was the President/Director of Site Selection.
As for Fulgenzi, she brings with her a background in event planning, office management, and administration. As Office Coordinator, she will be responsible for typical day-to-day office tasks including mailings, filing, and ordering supplies, while also assisting in lien waiver tracking and follow-up. She will also be handling planning team and client events.
The company also plans to bring on Kelly Hardin as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Kelly will be joining the team on November 27th, and will be responsible for administrative support, overseeing executive priorities and calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling and organization of meetings and special events.
