An 89,000-square-foot retail center near Joint Base Lewis McChord traded Tuesday for $10 million. SimonCRE, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based commercial real estate investment and development firm, is the buyer of Spanaway Plaza. The seller was [Goodwill](https://www.bizjournals.com/seattle/organization/goodwill) Industries of Tacoma, which has owned the center at 14918 Pacific Ave. S. for decades.
