Residents of Surprise will soon have another dining option at one of the West Valley's busiest shopping destinations.

The Cheesecake Factory plans to open a new restaurant at the Village at Prasada development near Loop 303 and Waddell Road, according to an announcement from developer SimonCRE. The restaurant is expected to open in late 2027.

The new location will join the existing restaurant row at Village at Prasada, which already includes Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant, Barrio Queen, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers and O.H.S.O. Brewery. The project will also include a family-oriented splash pad, updated restaurant row signage and additional retail and restaurant space at the southeast corner of Prasada Parkway and Alexandria Way.
