Over in the West Valley, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is now hiring for its new restaurant in Surprise. 

Applicants can walk in to the OfficeEvolutions space on the second floor at 15331 W. Bell Road in Surprise for on-the-spot interviews. The restaurant is expected to hire at least 150 in both full- and part-time positions. Click here for more information.

The restaurant, the chain’s fourth in Arizona, is set to open this summer.

Cooper's Hawk is opening in the planned 700,000-square-foot shopping, entertainment and dining center in Surprise, Village at Prasada, which is nearly 100% leased.

The lineup of eateries will also include Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, Barrio Queen, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and O.H.S.O. brewery.

“Surprise is officially the most western location Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant has opened to date. We are excited to invite west side locals to enjoy the wine and dining experience we are known for,” CEO Tim McEnery said in a statement. “To learn that so many west siders have strong ties to Chicago, makes this new location even more of a “homecoming.” We are excited to see new and old friends use their membership to our wine club to introduce their friends and family to Cooper’s Hawk hospitality.”
