First Watch, a daytime dining chain headquartered in Bradenton, Florida, is planning to enter the New Mexico market with a proposed new location at the Lobo Crossing shopping center.
The restaurant chain, which serves breakfast, brunch and lunch, currently has more than 660 restaurants across 33 states as of August, according to the company’s website.
There is no set opening date for the proposed First Watch location in Albuquerque, as the project still requires approvals and permitting.
