SimonCRE purchased a +/- 3,500 SF freestanding retail building leased to EZ Pawn located at 222 S. Frazier Street in Conroe, TX.
SimonCRE will immediately begin redevelopment of the building including a new roof, new exterior paint and a new parking lot. The lot size is approximately +/-.37 acres.
