A Scottsdale real estate firm has bought a former bicycle store and print shop building on Mill Avenue and is renovating the space for a Corepower Yoga studio.
Joshua Simon's SimonCRE bought a 3,200-square-foot building at 1004. S. Mill Ave. for $1.2 million. The renovations will cost approximately $500,000.
CorePower Yoga is opening in Chandler and Tempe.
Denver-based Corepower is opening its first studio in Chandler later this week and plans to open five more across the Valley.
