SimonCRE has completed the purchase of a 4,570-SF Value Pawn building in Ocala, FL. Ocala is located Northwest of Orlando, FL and is a growing and vibrant market. 

The project consists of a 2,499 square foot expansion and a facelift to the landscape and façade. Redevelopment of the building will begin this week and should be completed by mid September of this year.

“This building is located right in the middle of Ocala’s main business loop and right on some of the busiest streets in the city. It’ll be a nice little remodel and a great investment.” said owner Joshua Simon of SimonCRE.
