Commercial real estate developer SimonCRE announces the hiring of two new additions to the company. Brent Atkisson joins the team as Construction Manager and Evan Willee as Marketing Coordinator.

Atkisson is a highly experienced construction manager with a background in development, remodeling, property management, IT infrastructure facility management, and maintenance. He has managed 75 ground-up and restaurant conversions and more than 130 restaurant remodels. Brent will oversee SimonCRE’s new construction projects, expansions, and redevelopments.

As a new addition to the marketing team for SimonCRE, Willee will be assisting with marketing strategy, including content creation, marketing automation, and maintaining the company’s CRM. He has been involved in construction and commercial real estate marketing for more than four years, and brings experience working with project managers, brokers, staff, and clients to produce marketing collateral.

SimonCRE has experienced tremendous growth and has added a handful of new employees in 2016 in order to meet the needs of company’s increasing activity.
