[Joseph Compagno](http://assets-origin.bizjournals.com/phoenix/search/results?q=Joseph%20Compagno) and [Max Bippus](http://assets-origin.bizjournals.com/phoenix/search/results?q=Max%20Bippus) with CBRE’s Phoenix office are listing the property at 3626 E. Indian School Road in the Arcadia area of Phoenix for approximately $4.2 million.“We are thrilled to be part of this project. We love breathing new life into infill locations, and I’m especially excited to bring a part of my hometown to the Valley of the Sun,” said [Joshua Simon](http://assets-origin.bizjournals.com/phoenix/search/results?q=Joshua%20Simon) in a statement. “This dense, urban location will be a perfect fit for Gino’s East, and a welcome site for many Chicagoans, like myself, who have migrated to this warmer weather.” The pizzeria will inhabit the land formerly occupied by [the shuttered Hazelwood's Sports Grill](http://www.bizjournals.com/phoenix/blog/prime_cuts/2016/04/popular-arcadia-sports-bar-closing-next-month.html) in a new, 4,400-square-foot space with an outdoor patio, and is slated to open in January 2017. The Original Gino's East is joining several Chicagoland eateries that have opened or will be opening in the Valley, including Lou Malnati's, [Giordano's](http://www.bizjournals.com/phoenix/blog/prime_cuts/2016/07/west-valley-lands-a-major-chicago-pizzeria.html), Portillos and [Lao Sze Chuan](http://www.bizjournals.com/phoenix/blog/prime_cuts/2016/09/iconic-chicago-eatery-opening-in-east-valley-while.html).   Featured in Phoenix Business Journal ([Original article](https://www.bizjournals.com/phoenix/news/2016/11/22/exclusivesimoncre-selling-parcel-for-arizonas.html)) [Phoenix Business Journal](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/topic/phoenix-business-journal) [Announcements](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/topic/announcements) [Seller](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/topic/seller) [Tenant](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/topic/tenant) [Broker](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/topic/broker) [Buyer](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/topic/buyer) ### Related Posts Check out our latest news & views to help keep you informed June 29, 2026 [Village at Prasada Eyes Growth in Newest..](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/village-at-prasada-eyes-growth-in-newest-phase-plus-residential-component) [read more](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/village-at-prasada-eyes-growth-in-newest-phase-plus-residential-component) June 16, 2026 [Shopping Center Trades Hands as West Valley..](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/shopping-center-trades-hands-as-west-valley-retail-corridor-grows) [read more](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/shopping-center-trades-hands-as-west-valley-retail-corridor-grows) May 28, 2026 [SimonCRE Snags 10-Acre West Valley Site for..](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/simoncre-snags-10-acre-west-valley-site-for-whole-foods-upscale-retail-center) [read more](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/simoncre-snags-10-acre-west-valley-site-for-whole-foods-upscale-retail-center) March 10, 2026 [SimonCRE eyes land for Prasada East retail..](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/simoncre-eyes-land-for-prasada-east-retail-project-anchored-by-whole-foods) [read more](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/simoncre-eyes-land-for-prasada-east-retail-project-anchored-by-whole-foods) March 10, 2026 [Gilbert Planning Commission backs rezoning for..](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/gilbert-planning-commission-backs-rezoning-for-target-project) [read more](https://blog.simoncre.com/news/gilbert-planning-commission-backs-rezoning-for-target-project) KEYWORD - There are no suggestions because the search field is empty.
