Scottsdale-based SimonCRE has acquired a 10-acre site in Surprise where it’s developing a new [Whole Foods](https://www.bizjournals.com/phoenix/organization/whole-foods-market) store and other retail and restaurant space for big name tenants. The site is located at the southeast corner of Sarival Avenue and Waddell Road.
