Commercial real estate developer SimonCRE has completed the purchase of a 1.34-acre property in Canton, Michigan. The planned multi-tenant retail building will be located along a main retail corridor in Canton.

“This property is ideally situated between a Target and Kohl’s power center to the west and a Walmart Supercenter, Home Depot, and Kroger to the eat,” said Founder Joshua Simon of SimonCRE. “We are excited to bring another great project to the residents of Canton.”

The only announced tenant so far has been Verizon Wireless and additional tenants will be announced in the near future.
