Some developers bring projects to a city to make a quick buck, while others become an integral part of the fabric and look of a city.
Josh Simon is in the latter category.

Simon’s group SimonCRE is changing the face of Surprise in three different areas — most notably the Prasada area, which has seen massive
growth in the last two years, all thanks to Simon.
He’s also helping to develop the large vacant part of the City Center and a needed area of Asante in north Surprise.
