Some developers bring projects to a city to make a quick buck, while others become an integral part of the fabric and look of a city. Josh Simon is in the latter category. “We don’t take that lightly,” Simon said. “It’s an important torch to carry. This is a big impact.” Simon’s group SimonCRE is changing the face of Surprise in three different areas — most notably the Prasada area, which has seen massive growth in the last two years, all thanks to Simon.
