The Village at Prasada in Surprise is one of the first new retail power centers to come online in the fast-growing West Valley, setting the tone for similar projects in the area. It is the Business Journal's Project of the Year finalist in the retail category.
The shopping center located off the Loop 303 and Waddell Road totals over a million square feet, was built across multiple phases, and was developed by Scottsdale-based SimonCRE.
