SimonCRE purchased a +/- 6,885 SF newly renovated, freestanding retail building located at 468 E. 147th Street in Harvey, IL and leased to EZ Pawn. Building addition and interior renovations were completed late 2013.
SimonCRE will be doing some exterior improvements, including adding a driveway onto Sibley Boulevard, installing a new parking lot, perimeter curbing and sidewalks and storm water sewer pipes and connection.
