Dick’s Sporting Goods will anchor Mesa’s 64-acre commercial project dubbed Medina Station, SimonCRE announced Wednesday.
The Scottsdale-based commercial developer announced the athletic-focused retailer, along with several other tenants.
Located along Southern Avenue and Signal Butte Road, Medina Station consists of about 40 acres dedicated to retail and dining and 23 acres for apartment housing.
“As Mesa continues to experience rapid growth, we are thrilled to bring a thoughtfully designed mixed-use development to this thriving corridor,” Joshua Simon, founder and CEO of SimonCRE, said in the announcement.
