SimonCRE Adds Old Town Scottsdale Restaurant to Its Portfolio

  

SimonCRE recently added a 1,488-square-foot retail building housing Italian restaurant Grazie to its real estate portfolio.

Grazie2Located at 6952 E Main Street, the property sits just west of the northwest corner of Goldwater Boulevard and Main Street, near the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.

There are currently no development plans in place for the building, which sits on a 6,561-square-foot lot. SimonCRE plans to hold the property as a long-term investment.

The tenant, Grazie, has been in been in business since 2001 and is a premier Old Town spot serving wood-fired pizza, pasta, and traditional Italian dishes to go along with a robust wine list.
