Construction is underway on a new 7,500 square foot Aaron’s retail store in San Luis, Arizona. SimonCRE, a commercial real estate and shopping center expert, is overseeing the store development and plans to have construction completed this April.

Located in the San Luis Shopping Center on the northeast corner of South J Avenue and Piceno Drive, the building is adjacent to the Walmart Supercenter. This is the first Aaron’s store in San Luis, which is expected to open to the community in May.

Under the leadership of President Joshua Simon, SimonCRE purchased the 40,000 square foot San Luis Shopping Center in 2012. Aaron’s, Inc. recognized the community need for their particular products and services and has worked with Simon to construct the facility. Simon has developed projects across the country specializing in shopping centers and build to suit projects like Aaron’s.

An innovator with marketing and operational programs, Aaron’s has a national presence with more than 1,800 retail stores throughout the United States and Canada. The retailer offers residential and office furniture, consumer electronics, home appliances and décor. Affordable payment plans, quality merchandise and superior service are tenants of their business sustaining the brand since 1955. The newly constructed Aaron’s will be joining Dollar Tree, Shoe Dept., Goodwill, Sally Beauty, Rue 21 apparel and ClearTalk Wireless.
