SimonCRE has been hired by Cole Capital to lease the University Plaza shopping center located at 1201 S. Plaza Way.

The 161,000 square foot shopping center is anchored by Safeway, Ross, and Bed Bath & Beyond. Chipotle and Panda Express recently just opened in the market as well.

“University Plaza has a great tenant mix and is located at an ideal intersection serving the residents of Flagstaff as well as the students attending Northern Arizona University,” said Broker, Joshua Simon.
