SimonCRE closed on the purchase of a 1.33-acre outparcel at the Peoria Crossings shopping center in Peoria, Arizona.

The Scottsdale-based commercial real estate developer is adding a 10,500-square-foot, multi-tenant retail building positioned at the northwest corner of 93rd Avenue and Northern Avenue, adjacent to Applebee’s, Wienerschnitzel, and Carl’s Jr.

The new retail building will feature America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses and uBreakiFix, an electronics repair store. The building also has a remaining 5,532 SF square feet available for lease.

Brian Gausden and David Uhles of Western Retail Advisors are representing SimonCRE in leasing the property.
