SimonCRE has completed the purchase of the 142,000-SF North Hills Shopping Center in Harrison, Arkansas. The property is located at the intersection of Highway 62 and Highway 65.

“This an excellent shopping center with a strong national tenant line up,” said founder, Joshua Simon. The shopping center is fully leased to Tractor Supply, Fred’s, Carmike Theaters, Big Lots, Town & Country grocery store and others.
