The Cheesecake Factory, the long-running national upscale casual dining restaurant chain, has picked Surprise for its next Valley location.
The Cheesecake Factory (Nasdaq: CAKE) will be taking up a 7,500-square-foot space on the restaurant row at Village at Prasada, the 1.3 million-square-foot power center located at Loop 303 and Waddell Road in Surprise.
SimonCRE, the Scottsdale-based commercial real estate development and acquisition firm behind Prasada, announced it will be adding about 21,100 square feet of additional shops and restaurant spaces near the upcoming Cheesecake Factory on the southeast corner of Prasada Parkway and Alexandria Way. It will also be adding a splash pad to the existing restaurant row.
