SimonCRE purchased +/-2.4 acres of land at the NWC Highway 92 and Glenn Road in Sierra Vista, Arizona and will begin construction immediately on a +/-16,000 SF build to suit retail building for Pet Club.
The site has great visibility on Highway 92 and is adjacent to Coronado Vet Hospital.
