The first shopping center within a growing retail hub in Buckeye has traded hands.
Roosevelt Commons, which is located at the southwest corner of Verrado Way and Roosevelt Street, sold for $35,214,381 on June 8, according to Tempe-based real estate database Vizzda.
ABI Properties Inc. acquired the complex from the developer, Scottsdale-based SimonCRE.
Roosevelt Commons includes six buildings amounting to roughly 54,885 square feet square feet on about 8.25 acres. It’s 100% leased, according to SimonCRE CEO Josh Simon, and some tenants include Goodwill, McDonald’s, Desert Financial Credit Union and Someburros.
