Sprouts Farmers Market, a leading specialty retailer of fresh, natural, and organic foods, has signed a lease to open its first store in Sierra Vista, Arizona, at the upcoming Tribute Plaza shopping center. The new location will occupy 23,225 square feet at the 13-acre development, which is being built by SimonCRE.
The Tribute Plaza retail center is located at 4001 E. Buffalo Soldier Trail, positioned at the intersection of Highway 92 and Buffalo Soldier Trail, two major routes in the region. The area serves a population of over 62,000 residents within a 10-mile radius, as well as a significant customer base from the nearby Fort Huachuca U.S. Army base.
Regan Amato, Executive Vice President at JLL’s Phoenix office, represented Sprouts in the lease negotiation. “Tribute Plaza offers exceptional advantages for Sprouts’ next Southern Arizona location, including proximity to the Tribute master-planned community and the new New American Leadership Academy,” Amato said. "It is situated within a growing market that aligns with Sprouts' expansion strategy."
SimonCRE’s Director of Acquisitions and Leasing, Austin Gottsacker, expressed excitement about bringing Sprouts to the region. “We’re proud to welcome Sprouts to Tribute Plaza and look forward to continuing our efforts to create a diverse retail environment and a go-to shopping destination for Sierra Vista,” Gottsacker remarked.
