SimonCRE has completed the purchase of a 5,309-SF building in Grants Pass, Oregon. Grants Pass is located in southern Oregon and is a growing and vibrant market.
Redevelopment of the building will begin in the next week and should be completed by March 2012.
“This building is located directly across the street from a Walmart Supercenter and next to a Fred Meyer store giving our building a superior position,” said Founder Joshua Simon of SimonCRE.
