SimonCRE has completed the purchase of two buildings in Fern Park, Florida. Fern Park is located in the metropolitan area of Orlando and is a growing and vibrant market. SimonCRE plans on expanding one of the buildings to triple its size for EZCORP.

The redevelopment of one of the buildings will begin in the next week and should be completed by February 2013. “This is a very exciting investment opportunity for SimonCRE since the property is located just south of the busiest arterial street intersection in the entire state of Florida,” said owner Joshua Simon.

Additionally, there is better news on the way as the state is planning to invest more than $50 million on a complete upgrade to the intersection to the north of the property, which will include a flyover to help traffic congestion.
