SimonCRE recently purchased approximately 2.5 acres of land just north of the northeast corner of 51st Avenue and Baseline Road in Laveen, AZ, where they’ll develop a new medical office building.
The facility will be a 32,000-square-foot, Class A, two-story multi-tenant building. It’s located on a medical campus just south of Dignity Health Arizona General Hospital, the only full-service hospital within an 8-mile radius.

The site is ideally situated in the Laveen trade area and just one mile east of the new Loop 202 Freeway. The new freeway expansion is set to be completed in late 2019 and has helped spur substantial development plans, both residential and commercial, in the Laveen area. This new medical office building will help to serve an already underserved, yet growing community.
The new Laveen medical office building it scheduled to open in late 2019. The building is currently 50% pre-leased with SimonMed, MVP Kids Care Pediatrics, and a general dentistry practice signed as tenants so far.
