This new retail store is located at [2730 N Scottsdale Road](http://simoncre.com/projects/former-restaurant-scottsdale-az/), just south of Thomas Road. The mattress company also has a location in [Downtown Phoenix along Grand Avenue](http://simoncre.com/projects/tuft-needle-phoenix-az/) and one in San Francisco. The new 3,000-square-foot showroom sits in a long-vacant building that formerly housed the [Dirty Drummer Restaurant](https://blog.simoncre.com/insights/simoncre-purchases-former-dirty-drummer-restaurant-in-scottsdale). The redevelopment included upgrading the exterior façade, remodeling the interior space, and various site and utility improvements. The interior features a very open, modern feel with benches, a showcase for the Tuft & Needle pillow line, and a variety of other local products. It also includes semi-private rooms for customers to test out the products.
